Viva Las Vegas!

Well, Todd and I had a chance to go down to Vegas for a weekend. It was fabulous! We went from 20-30 degree weather in bitter cold Utah to 65 degrees in sunny Las Vegas. It was fun to get away together for a weekend, much needed. All in all, we ate great food, shopped til we dropped, and relaxed in the spa (well, I did and a big thank you to Todd for that!). Here are a couple of pictures from our trip...

If any of you know Todd, he loves to watch, learn about, and do MMA (Somehow I get suckered into being his sparring partner). This is Randy Couture's gym in Las Vegas. Unfortunately it was closed the day we went to see it. Todd will have to practice with Randy another day. In the meantime, rear naked choke hold anyone??

Bellagio Buffet...scrumptious

The biggest slot machine I have ever seen in my life...we think it probably makes the most money out of all the slot machines combined!

Outside of the Palms Casino and Hotel

Spray tan anyone?

Beautiful Bellagio and the "Dancing Water"

We went to dinner at Mesa grill with Todd's Dad and Brother. Very yummy, although I think my mouth perhaps burned a little from all the spice!

Happy Holidays and Happy Birthday

Our slightly anorexic tree but we loved it!

The women in their pajamas on Christmas Eve

All the men and their pajamas

One of the gifts that Todd gave me, a bright pink ski coat that I love

I know that Christmas and New Years are over but we wanted to share some pictures of our fun time with family. Also, my birthday was on the 29th of December and I turned 25! Todd had secretly placed balloons in my car while I was at work. Then, when I came home he had put a Happy Birthday sign on the wall, so cute! We had a wonderful Italian dinner at a nice restaurant and spent the night relaxing...my favorite things to do.

New Beginings

Well, I have officially joined the blogging world. I am happy that I actually made one and plan to write fairly frequently. Now, Todd and I decided that I would be the main author of this blog, so do not anticipate many posts by him. If he was the writer, it would not be adorned with pretty colors or decorations, it would probably contain a spreadsheet or two, and there would be way too much talk about the Portland Trailblazers or ESPN. We decided to keep it more on the feminine side. So, let the blogging begin...
